Get Involved

All ministry at RUF occurs through one or more of three basic avenues: large groups, small groups, and one-on-one activities.  Therefore, RUF offers ministries that suit each student's personal needs through these three avenues. In RUF's One-on-one meetings students meet with the campus minister in order to build relationships, help the Campus minister get to know the student better, and to allow for the student's individual needs to be met.  In RUF's Small Groups the student has an opportunity to relate to other students, learn informally through discussion, questioning, and interaction, and the student is allowed to wrestle with applying the Bible together with other students.  Prayer groups often provide the student with spritual growth and encouragement.  In RUF's Large Group, the purpose is to provide a "low-pressure" atmosphere where the student is allowed to hear the preaching and teaching of God's Word and experience the lives of other students who have been transformed by God's grace.  Communication of the gospel is done in an atmosphere of love, unity, and acceptance.
